Request account deletion
Senzilytics accounts are provisioned by subscribing organizations rather than created inside the mobile application. Your organization normally controls your workplace account and operational records.

Contact your tenant administrator
Ask your organization's Senzilytics administrator to deactivate or delete your account and address organization-controlled records.

Send a verified request
If you cannot reach the administrator, email Senzilytics from your registered work address. Include your name, organization, and the request. Never include your password or confidential operational details.

Complete verification
We may verify identity and coordinate with the subscribing organization before acting. We will explain records that must be retained for contractual, security, safety, regulatory, or legal reasons.
Account deactivation immediately prevents new access when processed. Deletion scope and timing depend on identity verification, tenant instructions, and lawful retention obligations.
